I'm white and have no clue what "White" culture is and don't want to. But I have heard AAs make references to "acting white".

I've heard/seen the Klan chanting "white power" which is a blatant assertion of their racist bs.

unless she's made specific references to some kind of racial hierarchy, I'd say she's just confused and ignorant.
