I've heard this term a lot recently but no one seems to be able to describing its comoposition in anything but vague theories.

Do you think the "Deep-State" is a group of people?

If so can you name them?

Do they meet together? Idf so...where and when?

Not trying to be cheeky but really want to know b/c so many people talk about the "Deep-State" without being able get into specifics.
