You're right. I'm a public-school teacher in Houstonisd (28 years) . In the most recent school board election, one candidate won her position with the platform of "No CRT" in Houston schools.

What bs....in my almost 4 decades there, I've never heard CRT mentioned, in a faculty meetings, in a department meeting, in the teacher's lounge and most of all not from the curriculum department..

I don't know anyplace that does teach CRT so it's more of a tactic to scare white parents than anything else. Great article
